- Provide hands-on personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and assistance with daily living activities.
- Supporting individuals with mobility and movement, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Assist in meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring residents’ nutritional needs are met.
- Leading the implementation and monitoring of personalized care plans, ensuring each resident's needs are met and exceeded.
- Supervise and guide junior healthcare assistants, offering mentorship.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a care home or healthcare setting.
- Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role within the care sector is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of care plans, healthcare protocols, and personal care techniques.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday + Weekend availability, Days and Nights.
