This role is ideal for a caretaker or site manager with strong organisational skills who can take ownership of site operations and support the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for site safety and security
• Supervision of caretaking and cleaning staff
• Management of maintenance schedules and compliance checks
• Monitoring contractors and site projects
• Ensuring statutory health & safety requirements are met
• Supporting school events and lettings

Person Specification

• Proven experience in a senior caretaking or site role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good working knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Eligibility to work in the UK
