What the role involves

• Develop category strategies and growth levers aligned to Coty’s commercial objectives.
• Leading SKU productivity analysis and portfolio optimization recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with retailer buyers, category leads and senior stakeholders.
• Supporting commercial negotiations with robust, insight-led category rationale.
• Delivering impactful presentations to senior internal and external audiences.
• Leading internal ranging processes and align stakeholders on key priorities.

Candidate fit

• Proven experience in Category Management or Category Insights within FMCG (Beauty preferred).
• Strong ability to interpret and commercialize multiple data sources (EPOS, syndicated, retailer data).
• Advanced Excel skills and high level of numeracy and analytical thinking.
