What the role involves

• As part of this new team, you’ll have the autonomy to influence how we deliver services in the region, while benefiting from the support and resources of a business that has been t.
• Pre-contract advice on construction, contract or cost aspects of building surveying work including feasibilities.
• Leading building surveying projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
• Preparation of specifications, obtaining tenders and preparing contract documents.
• Provide advice to clients and junior team members on effective approaches to procurement.
• Contract administration, valuation and certification including chairing meetings with associated document preparation.

Skills and requirements

• Experience required the delivery of a wide range of project based work.
