Senior Chartered Building Surveyor or Chartered Building Surveyor focuses on managing the client relationship and service delivery on a project by project basis.

What the role involves

• Managing the client relationship and service delivery on a project by project basis.
• Design and specification of projects including Net Zero schemes.
• Pre and post contract duties for projects.

Skills and requirements

• BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree.
• Ability to demonstrate good all-round surveying experience.
• Good team working skills and ability to communicate well at all levels.
• Prepared to travel within the region, and into other regions where required.

Confirmed role details

• Will be based out of our Birmingham, Cardiff and Exeter offices and will be Full Time (37.5 hours per week).
• We offer a competitive salary that is regularly tested against other consultants with a default 25-days leave each year plus bank holidays and options to buy some or sell of that l.
• Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
