• Relevant residential childcare, support work, or young-person support experience.

Job details

• We offer routes for progression and the opportunity to complete Level 4/5 Residential Childcare qualifications.
• Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above.
• (including 10 sleeps per month paid at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £13.80 to £15.45 per hour depending on qualification).Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
• 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s.
