- Support to children and young people, including those with challenging behaviours.
- Provide day-to-day care.
- Act as a keyworker, supporting individual care plans and maintaining accurate records.
- Leading shifts when required, ensuring smooth running of the home and maintaining a safe environment.
- Attend monthly supervision, staff meetings, and external meetings as required.
- Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring the welfare and safety of all children.
