What the role involves

• Support to children and young people, including those with challenging behaviours.
• Provide day-to-day care.
• Act as a keyworker, supporting individual care plans and maintaining accurate records.
• Leading shifts when required, ensuring smooth running of the home and maintaining a safe environment.
• Attend monthly supervision, staff meetings, and external meetings as required.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring the welfare and safety of all children.

• Up to £32,400 (Including Sleep Ins Allowance).
• Full-Time Hours + Sleep Ins.
• As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will play a key role in day-to-day care, helping children and young people with routines, emotional needs and behavioural challenges while.
• Alongside this, you will act as a keyworker, take responsibility for leading shifts when required, and contribute to care planning and team discussions that shape individual outcom.
