What the role involves

• We continue to provide industry-leading maritime solutions right through the project lifecycle, with value added through client-side support as well as construction phases.
• Managing a team to undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.
• Preparing briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
• Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
• Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
• We support flexible working arrangements and are interested to discuss how we can accommodate individual requirements.

Skills and requirements

• Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design within the port and maritime environment.
• Working experience with current UK and European design standards including BS6349.
