• In person)ADR settlement forums as part of the pro active case management philosophy and costs containment responsibility.
• ·Analysing policy covers across the LW Casualty book to ensure appropriate application and allocation, and to ensure that Underwriters are informed of any necessary changes.
• ·Reporting to Senior Internal Management for all high value, catastrophic and contentious claims.
