What the role involves

• Overseeing all cleaning operations during the 6 AM – 3 PM shift, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Manage a team of supervisors and managers, providing direction, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, working with senior leadership to implement best practices.
• Maintaining clear and effective communication with the Account Director and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
• Resolve operational challenges, minimising service disruptions.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in senior operations management within cleaning or facilities management.

Confirmed role details

• Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
• Undergo a Basic DBS check.
