Care and support involved
To deliver the established clinical pharmacy service to the CMHTs in Tameside. Develop and evaluate specialist clinical mental health pharmacy services in your area. To provide expert pharmaceutical advice and liaison to the CMHT, GPs, practice pharmacists, other healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and carers.
Care skills and requirements
- Masters degree in Pharmacy (or pre-2000 equivalent).
- Relevant post graduate qualification, i.e. Diploma.
- Practice, or Prescribing Sciences (or equivalent experience).
