• Maintain the overall CMF strategy across exterior, interior, and components, ensuring cohesive, high-quality direction.
• Translate project vision into baseline palettes, specifications, and standard build options that align with the company's values.
• Select and approve materials, balancing aesthetics, durability, cost, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source, sample, and validate materials, working closely with the supply chain manager.
• Ensure CMF intent is integrated into design and engineering processes from the early stages.
• Supporting client teams with bespoke and customisation decisions, guiding them through specification choices.
