Where the technical work sits

• Supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of contract templates, playbooks, and legal processes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including client services contracts (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs), vendor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Collaborate with operational, commercial, clinical and leadership teams to provide high quality, commercially-focused and pragmatic legal advice on a wide range of topics.

Technical requirements

• Advise generally on legal and regulatory requirements relevant to our business and services in the UK and EU, including GDPR, AI, advertising and marketing standards, and technolog.
• Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales with 5–10 years’ post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal role preferred. Applicants qualified only in EU j.
• Solid experience providing in-house legal advice in a fast-paced start up or scale up environment.
