Senior Community Support Worker
Senior Community Support Worker focuses on provide regular supervision to our community support worker team.
What the role involves
- Provide regular supervision to our community support worker team.
- Spot checks to ensure compliance.
- Developing relationships and liaising with external health care professionals such as GP, social workers or community nurses.
- Conducting service user reviews and updating care plans and risk assessments.
- Assisting them with all aspects of care including personal care and medication management.
- Contribute to the delivery of care in accordance with the Health & Social Care Act 2008.
Skills and requirements
- Do you have experience of working in care and working well within a team, to provide high-quality care to our service users?
- Involve working in all areas of Bedford & surrounding areas, Therefore the ability to drive and a FULL DRIVING LICENSE is very desirable.
Confirmed role details
- Permanent contract up to 40 hours per week.
- 28 days annual leave.
- £300 ‘refer-a-friend’ scheme.
- Potential to earn enhanced rates for unsocial hours at weekends.
