Senior Complex Healthcare Assistant
Job description
This Care Assistant role is focused on to closely observe and monitor the client and keep thorough documentation. It would suit someone who can bring applicants must be clinically skilled and experienced in complex care, including tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG, and epilepsy, and confident working with a range of age groups to the role.
Who the work supports
Wellbeing support including up to 6 face-to-face counselling sessions. Consistent support from our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors.
How support shows up
To closely observe and monitor the client and keep thorough documentation. To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided. To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.

What needs to be in place
- Minimum 1 year complex care experience.
- Previous care experience involving personal care.
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
