Senior Consultant

This Senior Consultant role in Business Analysis, Business Change is focused on leading delivery of complex consulting projects of varying sizes by selecting and applying appropriate methodologies and tools to plan, execute and control projects effectively. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

How the role works day to day

Leading delivery of complex consulting projects of varying sizes by selecting and applying appropriate methodologies and tools to plan, execute and control projects effectively. Build and maintain customer relationships by effectively communicating approaches to complex problems and solutions to stakeholders. Develop consulting methodologies and approaches in alignment with the National Security Consulting team and UKI strategy.

What needs to be in place

• National Security and/or consulting experience as well as leadership/mentoring experience in Business Analysis, Business Change, Technical Consultancy, Product Development, Agile D.
• Experience contributing to the identification of requirements and development of new methods and tools address specific requirements.
• Experience leading research and analysis strategies and convert analysis into actionable insights that will lead to organisational success.
