• We are currently looking for a Senior Contract Manager who will lead business development of new business into CPM, mobilise effectively and to take into Operations.

Confirmed role details

• Lead bid Management, including writing and proof-reading Quality submissions. Supporting the estimating of new and existing business.
• Ensure Skanska Precontract governance is followed and in place.
• Ensure the site is operated in line with Skanska H&S to include site set up for new and existing properties, Quality and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Develop the site team to deliver IFE Culture, zero accidents, zero environmental failures, zero ethical breaches.
