Senior Contracts Manager

Senior Contracts Manager focuses on management of labour coordinator and contracts assistant support team.

What the role involves

• Management of Labour Coordinator and Contracts Assistant support team.
• Submission of ASB5 Notifications.
• Plan and resource projects - prepare project programmes.
• Manage sites, including subcontractors & suppliers ensuring company procedures and processes are adhered to.
• Ensure that health, safety, wellbeing and environmental related documents are compliant and kept up to date.
• Maintaining asbestos and general management training is maintained.

Skills and requirements

• Experience in pricing and managing asbestos works.
• Pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
• ACAD Asbestos Manager qualification.
• Level 4 Diploma in licensed contract management (desirable).
