What the role involves

• Leading development of control systems and algorithms using MATLAB and Simulink.
• Driving model-based development and validation activities.
• Supporting integration of control systems into vehicle platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver integrated vehicle systems.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical direction.

Skills and requirements

• Degree in Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.
• Deep understanding of control theory, system modelling and dynamic systems.
• Experience delivering complex control systems in an engineering environment.
• Strong problem-solving ability and communication skills.
