This Senior Corporate Counsel role is focused on partner cross-functionally with corporate development, enterprise, and executive teams to support strategic initiatives. It would suit someone who can bring high professional standards and disciplined judgement to the role.

Partner cross-functionally with corporate development, enterprise, and executive teams to support strategic initiatives. Leading and support M&A transactions, including structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and post-closing integration.
