• Leading corporate matters from initial structuring through to completion.
• Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser to business owners and stakeholders.
• Supporting company formations, reorganisations and ongoing corporate governance requirements.
• Contributing to business development activity and the strategic growth of the Corporate team.
