What the role involves

• Provide senior‑level, strategic legal and regulatory advice to support LGFS’s global leasing and asset‑finance activities.
• Support regulatory assessments, licensing analysis and market‑entry initiatives aligned with Lenovo’s global expansion and growth strategy.
• Act as a senior point of contact for engagement with regulators, supervisory authorities and external counsel across jurisdictions.
• Assist transactional lawyers on complex cross‑border financing, leasing and receivables‑funding structures, including transactions supporting large‑scale AI and infrastructure depl.
• Managing regulatory workstreams independently by tracking progress, escalating issues as appropriate, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify emerging regulatory risks relevant to LGFS’s operating model, and define pragmatic, business‑aligned mitigations.
