Senior Counsel focuses on serve as counsel to fixed income sales & trading businesses, including fx, rates, credit, derivatives, high yield, distressed trading and electronic trading, and all related legal.

What the role involves

• Serve as counsel to Fixed Income sales & trading businesses, including FX, Rates, credit, derivatives, high yield, distressed trading and electronic trading, and all related legal.
• Advise on regulatory considerations and new initiatives.
• Provide coverage of Title VII/Swap Dealer matters including regulatory margin requirements for OTC derivatives.
• Assisting in managing external counsel relationships.
