• Own a c. £4m ledger across 300+ live accounts with clear chase cycles and next actions.
• Ensure data accuracy in CRM, portals, and shared folders.
• You’ve worked with ERP systems and have strong Excel skills (recons, reporting, etc).

• You enjoy making things better-whether that’s a process, a report, or a customer experience.

Confirmed role details

• 25 days annual plus 8 public holidays per annum, increasing with service.
• Auto-Enrolment Pension + enhanced pension options.
• Discretionary annual bonus scheme (10% KPI-based).
• Hybrid working (avg. 3 days Onsite, 2 WFH-based on business needs).

Candidate fit

• You’re confident in stakeholder comms and experienced with FMCG or B2B environments.
