Senior CRM & Insights Executive focuses on act as the subject matter expert for the crm system, ensuring functionality meets business needs.
What the role involves
- Act as the subject matter expert for the CRM system, ensuring functionality meets business needs.
- Overseeing day-to-day CRM operations, including data quality, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver CRM training for BD & Marketing team members and fee earners.
- Maintain the client feedback programme, ensuring timely collection and reporting of insights.
- Supporting the Head of Ops in analysing feedback data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Data Protection and GDPR requirements across all CRM and marketing data.
Skills and requirements
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, including configuration, data management, and troubleshooting.
- Experience delivering CRM training and driving adoption across teams.
- Ability to manage client feedback programmes and translate into actionable recommendations.
Confirmed role details
- Life assurance (4 x salary).
