Senior CRM & Insights Executive focuses on act as the subject matter expert for the crm system, ensuring functionality meets business needs.

What the role involves

  • Act as the subject matter expert for the CRM system, ensuring functionality meets business needs.
  • Overseeing day-to-day CRM operations, including data quality, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver CRM training for BD & Marketing team members and fee earners.
  • Maintain the client feedback programme, ensuring timely collection and reporting of insights.
  • Supporting the Head of Ops in analysing feedback data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection and GDPR requirements across all CRM and marketing data.

Skills and requirements

  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, including configuration, data management, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience delivering CRM training and driving adoption across teams.
  • Ability to manage client feedback programmes and translate into actionable recommendations.

  • Life assurance (4 x salary).
