Senior CRM Manager

Senior CRM Manager focuses on leading the planning, execution and optimisation of multi-channel crm campaigns (email, sms, app and direct mail).

What the role involves

• Leading the planning, execution and optimisation of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, app and direct mail).
• Develop and execute CRM strategies that improve acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation.
• Analysing customer journey data and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Overseeing segmentation and audience targeting to deliver measurable, data-driven campaigns.
• Produce regular reporting on CRM performance, engagement and retention outcomes.
• Supporting junior CRM team members, developing capability and expertise.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing across acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Experience delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
