What the role involves

  • Hold full accountability for regional prospecting, opportunity conversions, and pursuit consumption choice.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline to drive sustainable revenue expansion.
  • Develop, and convert new business opportunities via OVR process across all SBUs and sustainment.
  • Supporting the Strategy Development team in exploring market entry and expansion strategies and established markets, leveraging local insights and competitive intelligence.
  • Ensure effective execution of business operations, governance, compliance, and risk management across diverse regulatory environments.
  • Collaborate with SBUs and central functions to ensure seamless execution of regional initiatives.
