You will be joining a hot desk, where all of the BD and client-side is already managed for you. This role is purely delivery, so the main focus is sourcing candidates, and building and maintaining relationships with your passive map.

Deal cycles are longer here than most, so someone who is capable of building a long-term relationship is vital.
