Senior Design and Production Lead focuses on coordinate the production and delivery of all design projects across digital and print, ensuring efficient execution across the team.

• Coordinate the production and delivery of all design projects across digital and print, ensuring efficient execution across the team.
• Take a hands on role in delivering high quality design output while guiding and supporting team members.
• Ensure all outputs are fit for purpose, reviewing work at key stages and providing clear feedback ahead of deadlines.
• Maintaining and uphold consistent brand standards across all touchpoints.
• Manage and continuously improve templates and production workflows for both digital and print.
• Organise and prioritise team workloads, ensuring effective collaboration and on time delivery.

Confirmed role details

• £50,000 per annum, plus company benefits.
• Permanent, Full Time.
• 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri between 8am-6pm with a 30-min unpaid lunch.
• Work model: Hybrid (3 days Onsite, 2 remote once the probationary period has been successfully completed).
