Senior Design Manager

Senior Design Manager focuses on management of aecom financial process and invoicing.

What the role involves

• Management of AECOM financial process and invoicing.
• Review of work outputs from team prior to issue to ensure quality and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Managing updates to sub-consultant contracts.
• Update cash flow projections.
• Establish procedures for invoice submission for sub-consultants.
• Report on the progress of all sub-consultant invoices.

Skills and requirements

• These are included in the Design Management Induction Plan and include areas such as.
• Understanding of the design process.
• Experience in development and implementation of design management tools and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Excel/InDesign.

Additional role context

• Lead/Support Design Management projects across the UK and Internationally as appropriate.
• Assist in the development of junior Design Management team members through mentoring, training and reviews.
• Support the Design Management team Leadership as required.
