Senior Director focuses on ensure the timely filing of direct and indirect tax returns across the region, maintaining compliance with local regulations.

What the role involves

• Ensure the timely filing of direct and indirect tax returns across the region, maintaining compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee audits and litigation to mitigate risks.
• Monitor, and improve tax risk management policies.
• Provide high-quality, targeted tax advice to business units in the region, fostering strong relationships and supporting business expansion and restructuring initiatives.
• Overseeing transfer pricing policies and documentation, including the negotiation and maintenance of APAs, management charges, royalties, and intercompany agreements.
• Work with Treasury and Finance teams to optimize intercompany funding structures.
