Senior Drainage Engineer

As a Senior Drainage Engineer, the work centres on modelling and review of existing drainage networks. It would suit someone who can bring handling site-by-site responsibilities with consistency and care to the role.

Undertaking flood risk assessments and determining effective solutions. Production and agreement of drainage strategies.

Main responsibilities

Modelling and review of existing drainage networks. Assisting in the estimation of works costs and bidding of new works.

Handling site-by-site responsibilities with consistency and care. Demonstrable experienced drainage engineering in both local authority and private sector. Wide range of skills and projects including attenuation, SuDS and public realm.

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge within highways, public realm and the civil engineering industry.
• Experience of attenuation and pollution controls.
• Experience in SuDs design from concept through to implementation.

Job details

• Full Time, 37.5 hours per week.
• Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Package, subject to eligibility criteria.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
• This is a full - time permanent role, working 2 days in the office and 3 from home.
