Role overview

Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with internal and external partners, including Tier 1 contractors and key water utility clients. South West Water & Wessex Water (£8bn AMP8 & AMP9 Investment).

Engineering work involved

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll lead on the design and delivery of projects ranging from small rural upgrades to complex, multi-million-pound schemes. Severn Trent Water (£14.9bn AMP8 Delivery Plan). Review of electrical and ICA deliverables including calculations, drawings and technical reports in wastewater and water infrastructure.

Technical skills and requirements

• BEng or MEng in a Electrical Engineering field with experience in water and wastewater treatment.
• Progress towards Chartered Engineer status with a relevant Professional Institution.
• Experience in the design of water and wastewater engineering deliverables would be preferrable, but not essential as we will also consider candidates for this role from outside the.
