What the role involves

• Delivering high-quality electrical design packages in accordance with project requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practice.
• Leading electrical engineering design activities across water sector projects from concept through to detailed design.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, specifications, and company procedures.
• Preparing technical reports, engineering specifications.
• Design investigations, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate electrical design interfaces with multidisciplinary teams.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience in electrical engineering design.
• Proven experience delivering projects within the water and utilities sector.
• HND, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Confirmed role details

• Stretford, Manchester (Hybrid Working Available 3 days from the office and 2 days from home).
• 40 Hours Per Week.
• Rate: £56.82 Ltd per hour (Subject to IR35 Assessment Confirming Outside IR35 Status).
• Experience of Waste Water Treatment plant or Sewage Networks design.
