Senior Embedded Software Engineer
Senior Embedded Software Engineer focuses on leading the design, development of embedded software for automotive applications.
What the role involves
- Leading the design, development of embedded software for automotive applications.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, compliance with industry standards, and suitability for volume production.
- Delegate tasks to the engineering team to ensure timely delivery, quality and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team as and when needed.
- Develop and use existing methodology to enforce best practices for software development, testing and preservation.
- Maintain high-quality technical documentation.
Skills and requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in embedded systems development, preferably in the automotive or similar industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in art of leading and delegating.
- Proven experience in software development for volume production.
- Hands-on experience with microcontrollers such as NXP, Onsemi, nRF, PIC, ARM and TI.
