Senior Employee Relations Advisor focuses on act as a senior point of contact for complex er matters, providing expert advice and guidance.
What the role involves
- Act as a senior point of contact for complex ER matters, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Managing high-volume ER casework including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
- Prepare case bundles for Employment Tribunals.
- Handling ACAS conciliation, mediation.
- Coach and mentor managers and junior ER colleagues to build capability and confidence.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to influence ER strategy and embed best practice.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant HR, recruitment, people advisory, administration, ATS, or employee-relations experience may be useful.
Confirmed role details
- Up to £45,000 dependant on experience.
