Job details
- Significant post-qualification experience in employment law (approx. 7+ years).
- Using performance, finance and workflow data to plan resources properly—anticipating pinch points, reallocating support, and ensuring the team is always positioned to deliver a hig.
- Working collaboratively across internal teams to maintain a positive, solutions-driven working culture; providing clear, calm and constructive guidance to senior stakeholders.
- Maintaining a high level of technical expertise, drawing on your own knowledge and that of colleagues; offering employment support on corporate transactions where needed.
