Engineering work involved

• Agree requirements with colleagues in the Product team.
• Collaborate on technical designs, providing advice on how requirements can be delivered using the IBM Sterling product suite or custom Java components.
• Maintain IBM Sterling OMS and SIP configuration.

Technical skills and requirements

• Experience across the software delivery lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, development.
• Sterling OMS — deep understanding of architecture, workflows, data models, and extensibility points.
• Java (Core and Enterprise) — solid, hands-on engineering experience.
