• Driving best-in-class performance across critical building systems and infrastructure.
• Champion innovation through smart building technologies and data-led engineering solutions.
• Manage engineering service partners, contractors, and specialist suppliers.
• Supporting capital replacement programmes and long-term asset lifecycle planning.
