What the role involves

• Deliver engineering projects from concept through design, execution, and handover.
• Apply sound engineering judgement to complex technical, operational, and commercial challenges.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with UK regulations, British Standards, and health & safety requirements.
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and documentation.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes, and performance.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BEng or MEng) in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7–15+ years’ experience in an engineering role within industrial, manufacturing, construction, energy, infrastructure, or technology environments.
• Strong technical expertise within your engineering discipline.
• Experience working to UK legislation, British Standards, and industry codes of practice.
