Job description

The London Hybrid position centres on delivering 20% revenue growth through new logos and ACV uplift in existing accounts. It would suit someone who can bring handling account-by-account responsibilities with consistency and care to the role.

Where ownership sits

Revenue mix: ~90% from renewals/expansion, ~10% from net new; growth will come from team development, upsell/cross-sell, and new logo acquisition. Enterprise BU already delivers $30M revenue in a $200M+ company; significant upside opportunity.

What the role carries

Delivering 20% revenue growth through new logos and ACV uplift in existing accounts. First 6 months: build trust with managers and team, establish enterprise fundamentals. Own and deliver the UK enterprise GTM strategy (~£30M unit).

What helps the work land well

Handling account-by-account responsibilities with consistency and care. Shift the team from transactional selling to consultative, solution-led, multi-stakeholder sales. Embed AI-driven insights, sentiment analysis, and best practices in enterprise sales.

What the role depends on

  • Experience transforming SMB/mid-market motions into enterprise GTM success, or leading an enterprise sales motion in a growth stage company.

Practical details

  • Lead a £30M+ business unit contributing nearly a third of UK revenue (approx. $200M+ global revenues).
  • Shape the enterprise GTM playbook. Transform a team of 30 AEs and CSMs (scaling to 50+) into a true enterprise sales engine.
  • London hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days flexible).
  • If you've got a track record of 2nd line leadership of a team of 30, delivering $30M+ revenues, and you want to build with full autonomy in a scaleup with a globally excellent repu.
