Senior Estimator focuses on reviewing technical documentation, drawings and specifications.

What the role involves

• Reviewing technical documentation, drawings and specifications.
• Developing cost plans, pricing strategies and value engineering solutions.
• Managing the supply chain enquiry and pricing process.
• Identifying and managing commercial and technical risk.
• Preparing tender adjudication reports and bid presentations.
• Working closely with project teams to support the handover from pre-construction to delivery.

Skills and requirements

• Experience with highways, rail, utilities, aviation or major infrastructure schemes.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Be part of a well-established business with an excellent reputation.
