Senior F&B Manager focuses on managing the management team to deliver high‑quality race day, non‑race day, retail, conference, and banqueting events.

What the role involves

• Managing the management team to deliver high‑quality race day, non‑race day, retail, conference, and banqueting events.
• Ensure effective scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and resourcing in collaboration with the Head of F&B and Sales team.
• Maintaining full control of financial and operational compliance, including P&L delivery, cash handling, till systems, invoicing, and reporting.
• Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.

Confirmed role details

• Work hard at Legends Global , but you will be rewarded with lots of time to relax and rest with 25 days annual leave.
