Senior Finance Business Partner

Senior Finance Business Partner focuses on building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with senior managers and their teams with regards to the 5 business units in the mainstay division.

What the role involves

• Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with senior managers and their teams with regards to the 5 business units in the Mainstay Division.
• Driving change in behaviour of budget holders.
• Establish regular Performance Review process with Operation managers and their teams, understanding performance and driving management action.
• Act as the bridge between strategic and delivery teams to ensure group objectives and plans are achieved.
• Providing input to Group FP&A for budget, forecasting and reporting on all volume/margin topics.
• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting including business modelling.

Skills and requirements

• A commercially orientated qualified Finance individual (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• 5 -10 years post qualified commercial experience.
• Intermediate to advance Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience of using Adaptive Insight preferable.

Confirmed role details

• Hybrid, London - Will be required to travel to New Milton, Worcester and Luton occasionally.
• 35 per week, Monday to Friday.
• Support the finance director in understanding the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Ensuring that financial risks are managed and emerging variances to budgets can be anticipated an.
• Owning division level corporate financial results and processes.
