Location: Birmingham, UK

A well-established finance and accountancy recruitment agency is seeking an exceptional Recruitment Branch Manager to lead their Birmingham team to new heights of success. Role Overview: They are looking for an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager or senior recruitment consultant who is looking for the next stage in their career, who will be responsible for strategic leadership, team development, and driving business performance. The ideal candidate will combine deep recruitment expertise with outstanding leadership skills to propel their branch to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the Birmingham branch, developing and implementing growth strategies
  • Manage and develop a high-performing recruitment team, focusing on business development, training, and professional development
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative recruitment approaches and strong client relationship management
  • Set and achieve ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual billing targets
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships within the finance and accountancy sector
  • Implement best practices in recruitment processes and team performance
  • Mentor and coach team members to maximize their potential and career progression
  • Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment
  • Proven track record of successful team management and business development in the recruitment sector
  • Deep understanding of the finance and accountancy recruitment market across the Midlands
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and target-driven mindset
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic business plans
  • Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in the Birmingham or West Midlands recruitment market
  • CRM and recruitment technology proficiency
  • Network of contacts in finance and accountancy sectors
  • Commerce & Industry experience
