Where ownership sits
Completing AML checks, including ID verification and ID3 Global processing. Recording and maintaining client information in Intelligent Office (IO).

Assisting with four‑eye checks to maintain accuracy and compliance. Working closely with Paraplanners and the review team to ensure timely production of reports.

What the role depends on
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Financial Planning support.
- Degree‑level education (or equivalent) preferred.
- Handling client queries and taking incoming calls when required.

- Supporting Financial Planners with Annual Reviews.
- Acting as a subject matter expert in one or more specialist areas (e.g., trusts, DB pension transfers).
