Senior Full Stack Engineer

Senior Full Stack Engineer focuses on build through to deployment, operation and continual improvement.

What the role involves

• Build through to deployment, operation and continual improvement.
• Supporting delivery planning: Partner with Delivery Managers to plan and structure technical activities.
• Provide accurate and commercially sound estimates, and proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, issues and dependencies.
• Develop others: Provide guidance and technical leadership to colleagues, supporting their professional growth, fostering high-quality delivery, and enabling the team to work effici.

Skills and requirements

• 5+ years’ proven experience in a Full Stack Engineering role, with advanced skills in .NET, Java or Python, plus modern JavaScript libraries.
• Experience taking ownership of delivery for services or significant components across the full lifecycle from design to operation.
• Design patterns, including serverless and microservices, with the ability to lead and assure their application.
• Test-driven development (TDD), and contributing to delivery planning and estimation.
