What the role involves

• The post holder will work effectively supporting care as appropriate to promote optimum achievable self-care allowing clients to remain in their own homes.
• Return home from hospital sooner and remain living in their own homes.
• NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).

Skills and requirements

• Current UK driving licence and use of own car for work purposes are essential.
• This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Heath.

Additional role context

• There is a goal within Lochaber to expand the service to include reablement/rehabilitation to allow patients to avoid acute hospital admission.
• This role works within a rota system and includes flexible, unsociable hours and weekend working.
• Post holders will be expected to work throughout the Lochaber region with flexibility.
