What the role involves
- Leading and promote a proactive, safety-first culture offshore.
- Provide expert guidance on HSE regulations, standards, and safe systems of work.
- Review and approve Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS).
- Leading incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Report trends using internal systems.
- Engage closely with contractors, vessel teams, and project stakeholders.
Skills and requirements
- 3–5+ years’ HSE experience , ideally within offshore wind, renewables, or construction.
- Proven experience working in offshore environments.
- NEBOSH Level 3 (or equivalent) essential.
- Strong experience in incident investigation and risk management.
Additional role context
- 2 weeks off rotation , working 10–12-hour days offshore.
- Attractive day rate with strong contract stability.
