What the role involves

• Leading and promote a proactive, safety-first culture offshore.
• Provide expert guidance on HSE regulations, standards, and safe systems of work.
• Review and approve Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS).
• Leading incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Report trends using internal systems.
• Engage closely with contractors, vessel teams, and project stakeholders.

Skills and requirements

• 3–5+ years’ HSE experience , ideally within offshore wind, renewables, or construction.
• Proven experience working in offshore environments.
• NEBOSH Level 3 (or equivalent) essential.
• Strong experience in incident investigation and risk management.

Additional role context

• 2 weeks off rotation , working 10–12-hour days offshore.
• Attractive day rate with strong contract stability.
