What the role involves
- Effectively communicate with residents, families, and the care team, while collaborating to create a positive environment.
- Following care plans, contributing to individualized care, keeping accurate records, and utilizing IT systems all contribute to resident well-being.
- Administering and recording medication and completing care plans.
- Care plans, whilst ensuring the home adheres to the requirements and procedures at all times.
- Ensure the safety and security of residents and staff.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
Skills and requirements
- With over 20 years of experience, we are a well-established family-run organisation that values compassion, teamwork, and respect.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy care environment.
- A Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent is desired, comprehensive training.
